You’ll learn the building blocks of Lindy Hop. Think swingouts, circles, tuck turns, a dash of improvisation, some history, lead and follow technique, all is done to a great music from the vintage era along with modern bands that capture the driving swing sound!
You'll have the chance to practice what you learned and meet the community every Monday in social gatherings that are open to everyone, free of charge at Vilhena Band Club in Floriana.

SOLO JAZZ Workshop - experience the joy of dance!
Also known as Authentic Jazz is an individually performed type of dance rooted in the early jazz era of the 1920's & 1930's. It includes traditional jazz roots steps while focusing on individual creativity and contemporary dance approach.
SOLO JAZZ blends dances like Charleston, Tap, Black Bottom, Shim Sham & Cakewalk - early jazz dances. You will explore moves like stomps, shimmies, kicks and many more iconic steps combined with jazz improvisation and spirit of the era.
