Welcome to Swing Island Malta Dance School

Experience the joy of dance!

 Swing Island Malta dance school is happy to announce another round of Lindy Hop classes!

Join the 2-month course and start your vintage dance adventure. 

You’ll learn the building blocks of Lindy Hop. Think swingouts, circles, tuck turns, a dash of improvisation, some history, lead and follow technique, all is done to a great music from the vintage era along with modern bands that capture the driving swing sound! 

You'll have the chance to practice what you learned and meet the community every Monday in social gatherings that are open to everyone at Vilhena Band Club in Floriana.

Group A - Beginner

Group C - Improvers

Group A - Beginner

You are new to Lindy Hop and you are looking to start a new dance adventure. Your classes will be held on Mondays at Vilhena Band Club, Floriana!

Group B - Beginner

Group C - Improvers

Group A - Beginner

You are new to Lindy Hop and you are looking to start a new dance adventure. Your classes will be held on Tuesdays at Warehouse, Gzira!

Group C - Improvers

Group C - Improvers

Group D - Intermediate

You already know the main figures of Lindy Hop and you can Swing Out all night long. Your classes will be held on Tuesdays at Warehouse, Gzira!

Group D - Intermediate

Group D - Intermediate

You can improvise and quickly switch between lindy hop and Charleston. Your classes will be held on Wednesdays at Warehouse, Gzira!

Choreography

Group D - Intermediate

Choreography

General dance classes are no longer enough for you want to learn more of new moves and be part of a new dance challenge. This group is available only to improvers and intermediate dancers. Your classes will be held on Wednesdays at Warehouse, Gzira!

LOCATION OF CLASSES

A Group - Beginner

Located at Vilhena Band Club, Floriana, 1st floor

Groups: B - Beginner, C - improvers, D - intermediate

Classes are  held at the Warehouse, Gzira
